Trig from the forum has stated on the fibre glassing molding on my Bug today. Cracking start in the wheel arches
Existing wheel arches now cut off and foam molding used to produce the template to take a fibre glass mold.
The old arches are the correct radius of the new wheels.
Added link to my Bug site to show construction of new wheel arches as the pictures don't show here ?

So you got the soda blasting sorted eventually, then? Iirc, didn't you have some big problems getting a contractor to do this when you first tried to find someone? Wel done for getting there in the end. As for 'serious' blasting, the entire project looks pretty damned serious to me! Keep up the great work!!
