BBSS back again.. I've just had an interesting conversation with a fellow bugg'r who is willing and able to take on re-manufacturing the Bug canopy at a decent affordable price, Brian wants to know if its a viable option.

Brian has completed the negative moulds for the inner and outer canopy shell he has just asked for any information, drawings or pic's which show the positioning and dimensions of all the steels and any wood pieces which go in-between the skins. Brian will be forwarding pic's as the moulds and canopy progress he has estimated the cost of a completed canopy shell at £500 which is half the price quoted to us by Partsworld several years ago.

sounds like a good price to me £500 the amount of poorly fitting, bowed or damaged canopies on Bugs is amazing
