What lubrication do you guys use on your steering box...? In the handbook is says EP 80/90 But I have heard some people filling the box with grease...
What is best...?

I put both. When I rebuilt mine I loaded it with grease and then stuck EP 90 in. That way if it leaks out anytime there is still lubrication.

Thanks Karl...I did notice though another option might be to find the thread of the filler cap nut and get one of those adapters with a grease nipple attatched...Would you know the size of that filler nut offhand...?

No idea. Easy job to do.
For first time if you wanted take the box out, fill it with grease push it in with a screw driver or similar etc (you'll be surprised how much goes in there.)
Fit the nipple then put back in.
