What I have, which I think is correct is, from left to right. on/off for heater fan, on/off for windscreen wiper, Washer pump, off/on/on for lights and ignition switch.

OE switches are Lucas toggles and truth to tell where getting a bit unstylish and old fashioned by the time Bugs were being knocked out As far as Reliant was concerned I suppose that they were sourcing the switches from their Regal / Rebel parts bins but more generally these switches where still being put on Land Rovers etc. at the time
Headlights are 3 way: eg Evil-Buy: "Lucas 3 way toggle flick switches". Heater is just on off: eg Evil-Buy: "Land Rover Series 1, 2, 2a, 3 Lucas Type, Toggle Switches". Wipers are on off but have extra terminals to supply power to the internal parking switch of the wiper once you turn then off at the dashboard: eg Evil-Buy: "Land Rover Series Single Speed Wiper & Heated Windscreen Switch - Lucas 34775" Indicators had a longer switch stem but you get push on toggle extensions if you cant get one with a longer one - obviously 3 way but only 3 terminals on the back (unlike the headlights that have 6 terminals) eg Evil-Buy: "AUSTIN HEALEY SPRITE MKI & MKII LUCAS INDICATOR SWITCH"
The switch panel will look nicer if all switches have the same bezel - hexagonal or circle...I believe OE on Bugs tended to be the circle type. Confirm that the arrangement is as stated by Ady above
